Thursday, 2.10pm - THE second lorry in two days has hit Springfield Road bridge.
Journal reader Alison Short sent in this photo of the lorry, which has suffered damage to its roof.

The accident happened at about 1pm.

The Journal set up the It's a Low Bridge Stoopid! campaign to cut the number of accidents at the town's bridges.

Grantham has three of Networks Rail's top ten most-hit bridges, causing huge disruption for road users and train passengers.

In response to the campaign, Network Rail added huge warning signs to bridges in Springfield Road, Harlaxton Road and Barrowby Road.
