IS the council playing a joke on us, asking for more money to empty the green bins?

We pay over £1,000 for their services, and now they are asking for more money so we can get our green bin emptied.

How much more than the £1,250 that I pay would they like? You know, I really feel like I’m getting value for money. Not.
