SKDC is forcing none-car owners to pay even more
HOW will non-car owners dispose of garden rubbish? Surely they are being forced into paying an extra £25.
Cllr Linda Neal states: ‘why should none-garden owners pay for a scheme only used by garden owners’? We all pay towards libraries and schools, whether we use them or not.
Fly-tipping will now rocket. The responsible few are being penalised.
We agree with Richard Hill’s suggestion: that green bin owners should receive some free bags of compost, that would take the sting out of the charge!
