thanks to Ward 6, Grantham Hospital, for looking after my husband, Sam.

The last two weeks of his life were spent in St Edmunds Nursing Home, Grantham, where nothing was too much trouble.

We were both treated with care and kindness and I could not have asked for more.

Thank you to you all for your kindness, compassion and care.
