Miss J. Dalby Mr D. Bateson
MISS Joanne Dalby, daughter of Sally and Ron Dalby, of High Meadow, Grantham, and Mr Duncan Bateson, son of Ella and Roy Bateson, of Fifth Avenue, Grantham, were married at Cypria Bay, Paphos, Cyprus.
The ceremony was conducted by Marina Polyviou.
Given away by her father, the bride wore an ivory dress covered in Nottingham lace with champagne embroidery and carried a button bouquet.
Bridesmaid was Ruby Bateson, couple’s daughter, wearing a champagne and ivory net dress and carrying and ivory basket.
Page boy was Noah Bateson, couple’s son, weariang a champagne waistcoat and linen shorts.
Best man was Craig Mackenzie.
The reception was held at Cypria Maris, Pahos, Cyprus, and the couple spent their honeymoon in Cypria Bay, Paphos.
The couple will live in Grantham.
Joanne is a hairdresser and her hobbies include volleyball and button collecting. Duncan is serving in the Army with the Airborne Engineers and he enjoys boxing, football, DIY and cross-stitch.
