Tuesday, 12.45pm - ANOTHER dozy parker has been doing their best to grind Grantham to a halt again.
This Skoda was parked on the corner of Finkin Street and Elmer Street, blocking the way for a lorry attempting to deliver at Marks and Spencer.
Traffic backed up behind the lorry, which had no way of escaping because it was on a one way street.
Marks and Spencer manager Donna Smith told the Journal inconsiderate parkers caused regular problems outside the store.
