Tuesday, 1.45pm - IT'S not just four-wheeled vehicles that can be guilty of dozy parking - as this foolish cyclist demonstrates.
Staff and the Journal and visitors to our High Street office were overjoyed when this bicycle was locked to nearby scaffolding, blocking the front door.
