Tuesday, 8.45am: HERE'S another classic dozy parker to add to our pantheon of all-time greats.
Unfortunately this chap could not tell the difference between the road (where cars go) and the path (where pedestrians go).

He was spotted by a Journal reader last night (Monday) at 6.20pm in Barrowby Road next door to the GIFTS hospice.

"Hard luck if you want to get a wheelchair past!" wrote our spotter.

Have you seen a dozy parker in their natural habitat? Are you guilty of extreme doziness and would like to confess your sins to Journal readers?
