Dozy parker spotted in Springfield Road

Monday, 10.30am - DOUBLE yellow lines and a pavement didn't deter this dozy parker.
This clown was spotted parked with no regard for pavement users in Springfield Road on Saturday.

The dozy parker spotter who sent in the picture said: "This dozy parker didn't even give room for someone to walk past on the path let alone if there was a person with a pram.

"What was this driver thinking?"
