Thursday, noon - ALISON Short couldn't believe her eyes when she saw this dozy parker pull up on the side of the road in Castlegate, Grantham, stopping a lady in a wheelchair getting past.
She snapped the inconsiderate dozy parker on Tuesday afternoon at around 2.45pm.

She said: "The driver definitely saw the lady but just didn't care. I think it's disgusting that people behave like this."
