Monday, noon - A PASSER-by was gobsmacked when he spotted a car haphazardly parked on the corner of Conduit Lane and the Market Place, in Grantham.
The passer-by, who wants to remain anonymous, took this snap of the car on Friday, which had been dozily parked with its front sticking out into the path of traffic.

He said: "Half the car was sticking out into the road. It was just crazy."
