Tuesday, 12.20pm - A READER has spotted a dozy parker.
The Grantham woman, who wants to remain anonymous, spotted a dozy parker on Thursday, outside the doctors surgery in Vine Street.

The Fiat was parked halfway on the path, making it impossible for pushchairs and mobility scooters to get by.

Our anonymous reader said: "They've got no brains, have they?
"I drive and I manage to park in car parks, so why can't they?"
