Monday, 3pm - DOZY parkers just love causing trouble at The Grange in the centre of Grantham.
Our first dozy was spotted on Saturday, just dumping a car on the pavement to go and peruse the nearby continental market.
And today came the classic dozy parker - the white van driver.
Ditching a massive white van right across the pavement in an area populated by the elderly and disabled shows the height of consideration.
