Tuesday, 11.10am: ANOTHER dozy parker has struck on a hotspot in St Peter's Hill favoured by thoughtless motorists.
Last month, a Grantham taxi driver took a snap of a BMW estate parked across a lowered pavement used by wheelchair-users in front of the Guildhall steps.

And this week, another taxi driver has come forward with a photo of a car parked on the same spot.

Kevin Comtois, 41, took this photo last Tuesday.

He said: "I was parked on the taxi rank and watched a disabled man try to get on the pavement but he couldn't, so he had to go the long way round to get up.

"There was a woman in the passenger seat who just sat there looking at him.

"That spot has quite a common problem with people parking there. I see it every day."
