Dozy parking in St Catherine's Road

Tuesday, 8am - PARKING on the pavement is still against the law and is still an obstruction, even if your car is about the size of a roller skate.
This tiny sports car has been parked on the pavement in St Catherine's Road repeatedly.

And as our eagle-eyed dozy parker spotters have pointed out, this selfish bit of parking is a stone's throw from South Kesetven District Council's multi-storey car park.
