Tuesday, 10.30am - STRATEGIC vehicle placement can be used to block almost any pavement - as this Dozy Parker demonstrates.
Our Dozy Parker spotter said: "This dozy parker was parked the whole day on Colster Way. This is a footpath regularly used by elderly locals who use motorized scooters and parents and toddlers in pushchairs!"
