Tuesday, noon - THIS dozy parker in Albion Place might not look like they're doing anything wrong.
But look closely and ... d'oh! The blue Volkswagen is parked facing the wrong way in a one way street.

The fool was spotted by Steve Foster, who knows what he is talking about because he's a driving instructor.
