Yet another dozy parker

THIS dozy parker was spotted with all four wheels on the pavement.
But the audacious parking manoeuvre was spotted by an eagle-eyed Journal reader, who sent us this photo.

The dozy parker spotter said: "I cannot believe someone would park their car on the pavement like this."
