Spotters of more of Grantham's ghouls and ghosts have come forward following the launch of Ghosthunt Grantham in the Journal of October 5.
Theresa Pearce, of Barrowby Road, believes she has taken a photo of the ghost of a boy in her home.
The picture, taken two years ago, shows the outline of a face and shoulders spotted in the cellar.
Theresa has also drawn pictures of another two spirits, Theo and Cyrus, she believes haunt the building.
A medium has confirmed Theresa's descriptions.
She said: "My friends call my house the next Amityville. We've had swinging lights, banging and growling.
"I don't know why we went down into the cellar that day - I suppose we were just drawn to it. When I was looking through the photos I couldn't believe what I saw."

But he has seen a number of other spooks over the years. The first was when he was a child, when he saw the spirit if his father who was asleep in another room in the holiday caravan they were staying in.
Ronald said: "A spirit and a ghost are the same except for their eyes - if you see their eyes it's absolutely terrifying. They stare straight at you and it's like they've got a fire behind them."
Among the other ghosts and spirits he has heard of are Roman soldiers and monks said to roam Harrowby, a floating woman in Beacon Lane, a stagecoach that can be heard in Harrowby, a strange floating mist seen near Ancaster and a woman in black at Prince William of Gloucester barracks.
Ronald said: "I've got four outside lights at my house because I'm so scared."
