Wednesday, 9.20am - A psychic medium visited eerie Grantham House on Tuesday, to find out whether entities and spirits really do roam the grounds.
Joanne Jordan, 42, of Manthorpe, searched the attic rooms and the gardens, and said she sensed a number of ghosts, from General Sir Brian Wyldbore-Smith to a young girl she believes jumped to her death from an attic window.

While walking through the gardens, Joanne claimed she felt the presence of dogs rushing past her legs. A keeper of the grounds later showed her an old plaque in a neighbouring garden dedicated to the memory of pets who had belonged to the house's tenants over the years.

Joanne has been a psychic medium for almost 15 years, releasing trapped spirits and helping people contact their loved ones through angel readings.

She said: "People come for a message from their loved one or they want to know their future.

"They want answers and I always say to them that a spirit can't live their life for them but the may take their advice from the other side, as they would have done if they were still here."
