Rock star Vince Eager rocks at Great Ponton Village Centre on Saturday, July 5, in a gig to support youth football in the village.
Grantham-born Vince has been in showbusiness for more than 50 years beginning as fresh-faced lanky teenager Roy Taylor with The Harmonica Vagabonds alongside Brian Locking, who went on the play for The Shadows, and Roy Clark.

He became a household name making many recordings and later, starred as Elvis Presley for five years in the award-winning musical Elvis.

He is a terrific stage performer and his act can still get everyone rocking in the aisles.

There will be a number of supporting acts, a barbecue and licensed bar.
