Explorer, film maker, TV presenter and author Benedict Allen will be talking about his hazardous life at the Guildhall Theatre tomorrow (Saturday).
Best known for his arduous expeditions to remote places, surviving without backup and immersing himself in indigenous communities, he will reveal how he has stayed alive over 20 years of living dangerously in such tales as escaping being shot by drug baron's heavies and an initiation ceremony in New Guinea, which included being beaten for six weeks.
