Oboist Sarah Francis and the Tagore String Trio, led by violinist Frances Mason, return to Harlaxton Manor with a programme of chamber music on Friday, June 20, for the final concert in the Summer Music series in aid of the British Red Cross.
Their programme will include works by Moeran, Gordon Jacob, Benjamin Britten and Dohnanyi. Sarah Francis studied the Six Metamorphoses with Benjamin Britten and has recorded them commercially no fewer than three times. Her latest version is available on the Hyperion label.
