Dry Doddington may be miles from the sea but the village will be holding its 6th annual Beach Party tomorrow (June 28).
Last year it attracted a record amount of people, despite incessant rain.

Local band OG's will be playing music from The Beatles to U2. There will be a licensed bar, surf board machine, sand and beach games.

Take your own burgers and sausages the barbecue and tools are provided, and bread and salad to go with the meal.

So put on beach wear and have some fun.
