* THE photo in Memory Lane, Girls' school is now the college's nursery (Journal, March 28) brought back memories.
Ken Watts and David Parnham, two friends of mine, who as schoolboys used to live in Grantham, recently sent me the photo which shows a young lady called Pat Calvert at the exact centre of the back row.

On one or two visits to town in 1952/3 I met Pat, and seeing her picture in your paper, it set me wondering if she remembers anything about those days.

If you are still out there, Pat, best wishes.
DAVID WILKINSON
