South Kesteven District Council member Maureen Spencer-Gregson, says in the Journal (June 20), that the cost of usage will be reviewed in six months' time because they do not want to risk wasting council tax money.

I wonder if as much thought will be put into practice when the council set new wage and expenses rates for the coming term? I think not.
