* IN his letter trying to justify South Kesteven District Council not allowing pensioners to use bus passes before 9.30am (June 20), Coun Nick Craft says it all in his last paragraph, "The Government may play fast and loose with your money, but this Conservative council will not."
Have you ever known a Conservative Government or council give two hoots about benefits to pensioners. It sounds he would not give pensioners bus passes at all if he had his way.
Think what a Conservative minister said pensioners should do when we had a very cold winter when they were in power.
Thank goodness all councils are not like SKDC.
