It was interesting to read in Thoughtful Moment in last week's Journal, that Mr Collard saw a bus in London recently advertising "There is probably no God."
I am sure the people involved, did not want to put the word 'probably' in their advertisement, but because of certain laws they had to. What they probably don't realise, is that they are saying nothing new, it has been said for the last 4,000 years or more.
Take the 'probably' out of their advert, and you will find a saying that's in the Bible "there is no God" (which is what they 'probably' wanted to say).
But the words prior to it say: "The fool says in his heart, there is no God." Psalm.14.
It's sad so much money has been spent on advertising something that has never been proven, nor ever will be proven. Surely the money would have been better spent in donating it to a charity like Children in Need.
