CONGRATULATIONS to Pc Steven Cummins and the under-resourced police for successfully filling the gap while the youth clubs shut for summer.
Nice one Lincolnshire County Council, to close down for the main holidays when young people need them most and are most likely to misbehave through boredom, thus leaving someone else to pick up the bill. I'm sure one of their 13 spin doctors in the PR department will explain why these economies were necessary.
