FATHER'S Day fun is on offer at Belton House this weekend, with chance for kids to enjoy activities with their dads.

FATHER'S Day fun is on offer at Belton House this weekend, with chance for kids to enjoy activities with their dads.Tomorrow (Saturday) from 1pm to 4pm there's chance to plant a pumpkin seed at the National Trust property's plant and garden shop.

It costs 1 for five seeds and pumpkins should be fully grown in time for Halloween.

On Sunday the Stables Restaurant will be open for Father's Day lunches and chance to sample Belvoir Brewery's speciality ales.

There will also be special offers on books, maps and outdoor equipment.

From 11am to 5.30pm the Lionheart Company of Bowmen will be offering have-a-go archery. Normal grounds admission applies plus 1.50 for six arrows.

There's also chance to sample delicious local made sausages and buy locally-produced meat at Belton's food showcase event.

On Saturday and Sunday This weekend's featured producer is Grasmere Farm which will open a stall from 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
