So successful is the Rotary movement in Grantham that a third club has been established.
A breakfast club has been launched by the Rotary Club of Grantham, for people who want to be a Rotarian but cannot make lunchtime or evening meetings because of work and family commitments.
The group will meet at the Kings Hotel (soon to become Eden House Hotel) fortnightly on Thursday mornings, from 7.15am to 8.15am. This allows members to make meetings before work.
The new group will follow in the footsteps of other Rotary clubs, raising money for charities and supporting community projects. The first is to install a kitchen at Grantham Foodbank, which recently moved to new premises off Conduit Lane.
