Beth pursues her modelling dream
MODEL wannabe Beth Knight has taken her first foray into the fashion world.
The Ropsley teenager has progressed through the stages of Teen Princess UK, and she now needs votes to go through to the next round.
Beth, 13, entered the competition at the Clothes Show at the Birmingham NEC back in December. She received a call a few weeks later inviting her to a photo shoot in London.
She said: “It was good, I had to bring outfits and do different shoots.
“It was exciting because I got a day off school, too.”
One of Beth’s photos was chosen to feature on the Teen Princess UK website alongside other contenders for the public vote.
If she is chosen as the ultimate winner, Beth will win lots of prizes and exposure in the modelling industry.
Mum Vicky Knight, 39, said: “I’m very proud of her and how far she’s got in this competition. She’s been selected out of 15,000 teenagers.”
