A COUNTRY band which has performed on television and in America plays at the Best of Friends club in Grantham tomorrow (Saturday).

Five-piece Blue Horizon play music ranging from standards, ballads, and swing to songs from the best in new country, using a variety of instrument.

The show is at the Masonic Hall, Chambers Street, Grantham.

The band are very popular on the county music scene, having appeared at many venues and major festivals around the UK and also supported legendary country performers Albert Lee and Danni Leigh. Whenever possible the band can augment the line up and play as a 4 piece or 5 piece adding drums and fiddle. To date the band has appeared on Channel 4 Television and performed in the USA. The band have also won awards for their songwriting.
