St Peter's Hill Players present Leslie Sands' thriller Something to Hide at the Guildhall Arts Centre from Wednesday to Saturday, April 30.In classic Sands' style it's a play that will keep the audience guessing and Something to Hide is certainly something to see.

The play is set in 1958 and the cast will be wearing authentic costumes supplied by Nottingham Lace Theatre.

Apart from the clothes, the conveyed social attitudes of the time will bring a sense of nostalgia to those in the audience who remember the era, a time when everyone seemingly knew their place.

But, underneath the surface of respectability, human passions run deep and violent from the outset, and retribution awaits in different guises!

Performances start at 7.30pm. Tickets at 5 for Wednesday and 6 for other nights are available at the box office (Tel: 01476 406158).
