Plaque to Charles Dickens at George
A PLAQUE to Charles Dickens will be unveiled in Grantham on Friday, August 3 - and not August 9 as stated in last week’s Journal.
The unveiling will be at 2.30pm at the George Shopping Centre in Grantham. All are welcome to attend.
Grantham historian Malcolm Knapp will unveil the plaque with Canon Chris Andrews giving his blessing.
The Charles Dickens plaque will be the latest in a series from Grantham Civic Society.
