Grantham Railway Society’s July meeting has added local interest.

A collection of photographs from the late Steve Baker, a Granthamian, has been acquired by Martin Smith of Anstey, Leicester.

The slides cover the period 1958 to 1963, which will cover the transition from steam to diesel.

They will be shown at the club’s meeting on Thursday July 12 in St Wulframs Church Hall, commencing 7 30pm. All are welcome.
