Friday, 11am - ONE 'moron' is responsible for a rash of graffiti all over the town centre.
And he's making people who have to live with his anti-social scrawlings furious.
Dominic Nesbitt lives in Commercial Road and is fed up with seeing the graffiti every time he steps outside his front door.
He has spotted the tag "Bask" sprayed on houses, garages, road signs and
even vehicles.
Mr Nesbitt, 27, said: "Why does this moron feel the need to spray paint a pathetic little name everywhere, so unimaginable and unmemorable that I have actually forgotten what it says from the time it has taken me to step through my front door?
"It is not as if he is signing his name to a jaw-dropping masterpiece.
"I doubt he has the aptitude, talent or the courage to step out of the shade, remove his hoodie and do something worth putting his name to."
Other signs of anti-social behaviour in the area around Commercial Road, Launder Terrace and Railway Terrace are cable wires yanked from boxes on the outside of houses, cars broken into and smashed bottles in the street.
Mr Nesbitt's car has been targeted, as have those belonging to visiting friends.
He said the goings-on have forced him to consider selling his home to move elsewhere.
He said: "I have lived in Commercial Road for seven years and, while I am the first to admit it is no des res, until now I would never have described it as the slum that I now consider it to be.
"All we need now is a few burnt out cars, a resident crack dealer and a few prostitutes hanging out on the corner."
South Kesteven District Council said no criminal damage has been reported recently and is urging residents to report any anti-social behaviour.
Community safety officer Sandy Kavanagh said: "If members of the public
do not report incidents, there is little that we or the police can do to tackle it. We can only sort it if you report it by calling
our free phone hotline on 0800 183 0279."
The council has recently removed graffiti on council-owned garages in Commercial Road, but will not remove any sprayed on to private property.
