UPDATED: Man dies on railway line

Tuesday, 3.20pm - AN ELDERLY man has died on the East Coast Mainline near Stoke Rochford.
The man, in his 70's, was hit by the 6.55am national Express train from Skipton to King's Cross at 9.02am on Tuesday morning.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.

National Express east coast services between Grantham and Peterborough were disrupted as a result of the incident.

The East Coast Mainline was cleared and working again by 10.30am.
