Friday, 12.20pm - VARIOUS people visited Ropsley Primary School last week to talk to pupils about their professions.
It was Work Week at the school and among those involved were Oceans Health and Fitness Club, South Kesteven District Council, Travelcare, dentists, opticians and a school nurse.

Optometrist Harshad Pancholi and optician Amy Green from Lunettes Opticians, in The George Centre, went along to the school on Thursday.

Hanshad said: "The children seemed very excited and they were very keen. They had some very intelligent questions to ask at the end."

Administrator Suzanne Dean said: "Children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the week and look forward to next year's events."

Anybody who would like to visit the school and talk about their profession can contact Suzanne on 01476 585379.
