A Bingham man has completed a 1,200 mile cycle ride through Vietnam to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Brian hopes to raise more than £1,000 for the charity as his mother has the disease. This was his first trip to Vietnam and he faced the challenge on his own. The journey took five weeks.
On reaching his destination, Ho Chi Minh City, Brian said: “I cannot believe I’ve done it. What a fantastic experience. A big thankyou to everyone who has donated and supported me. It means a lot. I hope the money goes towards making other people’s lives as happy as this trip has made me.”
