Celebrate the best of business
Our celebration of the best of business in the Grantham area is back in March. We’ve teamed up with the organisers of the Belton Horse Trials again following the success of last year’s event.
Last year’s business awards was our biggest yet - and we plan to make the event even bigger and better in 2012. The gala presentation dinner will take place in the Belton Horse Trials VIP hospitality marquee, directly in front of the magnificent Belton House.
Guests will enjoy a champagne reception, sumptuous celebratory dinner and an after-awards party offering more chance to enjoy the occasion.
How to make a nomination
To nominate a business or establishment complete the entry form below. This year's categories are:
- Business of the Year - for the business which can demonstrate best overall achievement in the last 12 months.
- Businessperson of the Year - for the person who has made a significant personal contribution to drive their business forward in the last 12 months.
- Best New Start-Up - Celebrating businesses that have been launched in the last year.
- Customer Care - for the highest standard of excellence in all aspects of service.
- Independent Retailer - celebrating the shops that make the Grantham area special.
- Great Food - for the establishment that offers the best food at the best value.
- People Development - for companies that demonstrate a real commitment to training.
- Green Achievement - for businesses which demonstrate the greatest commitment to reducing their carbon footprint.
- Employee of the Year - recognising staff who go the extra mile and exceed expectations.
- Contribution to the Community - for businesses that have made a positive difference to the lives of people in Grantham.
- Young Entrepreneur - A new award celebrating people under the age of 30 who have shown skill and determination in setting up new businesses.
