The 24th annual Duncan & Toplis charity golf day raised £3,500 for two charities.
Held at Belton Woods Hotel, 58 teams from across the East Midlands took part, playing both the Lakes and the Woods courses. The money raised was divided between St Barnabas Hospice Lincolnshire and The Ryan Smith Foundation, a charity which promotes cycle helmet safety.
Organiser Lisa Pask said: “The Duncan & Toplis Golf Society would like to thank everyone for taking part, and all the sponsors who supported the day. Without their commitment the day would not be the success that it is.”
Next year will be the event’s 25th year, and organisers are hoping to field a record number of teams. It will take place on Friday, July 3, 2015. If you would like to be involved, send your details to email@example.com
