A town recruitment firm has capped two years of success by recently moving to new offices.
Award winning RecruitME have relocated into larger offices in the Market Place and having just celebrated their 2nd anniversary is now showing off its own new recruits as it continues to expand a team of specialist and local recruitment consultants.
The RecruitME team has welcomed Grantham man Adam Lilley who joins with a breadth of experience in customer service and logistics having recently worked for Yorkshire Bank, Totemic and Brakes.
Adam Woodmansey joins from the John Lewis Partnership, having gone through their Graduate Management Scheme. Adam has previous experience in the Retail and IT sectors and lives in Sleaford, a location where he will be responsible for expanding the firm’s existing client base.
Finally, RecruitME has welcomed James Koper, another local Grantham man who came from a large national construction recruitment firm where he was responsible for recruitment across the East and West Midlands. James will add construction and legal recruitment to RecruitME’s portfolio of sectors, which also includes their highly regarded ex-forces niche.
RecruitME was founded as a start-up business at the beginning of 2015 by local friends and veterans, Chris Buck and Howard Rudder. In the two years they have been in business, they have gone from strength to strength and now employ seven people in their Grantham offices and work with leading Grantham businesses and companies across the UK on ex-forces and multi- sector recruitment.
Chris said: “We are delighted to have the two Adams and James on board. Having invested heavily in new real estate, IT equipment and systems at the end of 2016, it was always part of our strategy to increase the headcount going in to 2017. With the addition of Adam Lilley, who will look after recruitment for Grantham businesses, Adam Woodmansey, who will be responsible for growing our client base across Sleaford, Newark and Lincoln and James, who adds construction and legal recruitment to our service offering, we are set for an exciting year. In our first two years, we have built an incredible team who have recruited for a variety of fantastic clients repeatedly throughout Grantham, the East Midlands and UK wide. Our new consultants, led by Senior Consultant Nigel Benjamin, have joined the team at an exciting time as we embark on our own expansion and growth in to new geographical locations and new industries.”
RecruitME works on permanent skilled vacancies at all levels and has won several awards along their journey so far, including New Business of the Year 2015 and more recently the Silver Award in recognition nationally for their commitment to helping the Armed Forces Community working with companies across the UK recruiting ex forces veterans. This came on the back of being awarded Bronze just a year earlier.
