CHEFS at Stoke Rochford Hall are undergoing training at world-renowned Raymond Blanc’s Michelin star restaurant at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford.
Head chef Mike Loveridge has already spent a week working in the kitchens at Le Manoir, giving him a unique experience of working in a restaurant kitchen that has held its two Michelin stars for 28 years.
Now, all chef staff at the hotel and conference centre are set to follow in his footsteps as part of Stoke Rochford’s commitment to investing in quality.
Mike said: “It was such a fantastic experience and I have to say I came back totally inspired by working in the exciting environment of Le Manoir and seeing such exquisite food being prepared at Michelin level.
“I know my colleagues will feel exactly the same way when they experience this first-class training for themselves.
“Now we’re just raring to bring some of that Le Manoir food flair to Stoke Rochford Hall and implement new ideas and new menus that I’m sure will make us even more of a fine dining destination.”
