A pet food manufacturer is creating a new distribution hub at Colsterworth.
Bosses at Sarval have just agreed a five year lease on five industrial units at Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate off the A1.
The units make up warehouse space totalling 60,750 sq ft.
Ashley Burdock, of Sarval, said: “The units are ideally located for the A1 and will be used as a distribution and export hub for our business.”
Sarval will use the space to distribute products from its manufacturing facility in Nottingham.
The units have been let by real estate advisor Savills on behalf of the Property Recycling Group.
William Rose, director of business space at Savills Peterborough, said: “Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate offers high quality warehouse accommodation in a strong location less than half a mile from the A1.
“We are very pleased to have let this space on behalf of our client to Sarval.”
Mr Rose said that a total of 24,300 sq ft remains available at a starting quoting rent of £3.25 per sq ft.
