Heard in Lincolnshire’s magistrates’ courts:

*Richard Harding, 24, of Sandon Close, Grantham: charged with supplying cannabis between May 30, 2012, and October 22, 2014, in Grantham. Committed to Lincoln Crown Court for a confiscation order to be made. Granted unconditional bail.

*James Stokes, 22, of Wroxall Drive, Grantham: charged with possessing 13.1g of cannabis in Grantham with intent to supply on December 31, 2014, offering to supply a quantity of cannabis in Grantham on November 17, 2014, and offering to supply a quantity of cannabis in Grantham on November 19, 2014. The case was sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court. Stokes was granted unconditional bail by magistrates.

*Peter Whalley, 33, of Long Street, Great Gonerby: admits driving a Range Rover in Sturrock Court, Grantham, on April 14 while over the alcohol limit. Fined £500, £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

*Paul Drury, 51, of London Road, Grantham: admits committing fraud while club steward of the Electric Club, Grantham, by dishonestly abusing his position to make a gain for himself. Remanded on unconditional bail until June 18 for adjourment while a pre-sentence report is prepared.

*Stephen Hubbard, 42, of Kinoulton Court, Grantham: charged with causing actual bodily harm in Kinoulton Court, Grantham, on February 14. Case sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court. Granted bail with conditions not to contact the alleged victim and not to enter two addresses in Kinoulton Court.

*Ashley Leonard, 26, of Newton Court, Grantham: admits criminal damage of a television at Great Gonerby on April 10. Six-month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

*Peter Parnell, 48, of Queen Street, Grantham: admits using threatening behaviour in Queen Street, Grantham, on April 4. Six-month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

*Damien Robson, 21, of Harris Way, Grantham: admits two counts of obstructing a police officer in Harris Way, Grantham, on March 26. Six-month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

*Michael Evans, 34, of New Street, Grantham: admits stealing four SD cards worth £53 and perfume worth £20 from Asda in Grantham on April 24 and May 5 respectively, and to stealing wash powder worth £18.40 from Tesco in Harrowby Lane, Grantham. He was fined £75, told to pay £53 in compensation to Asda and £18.40 to Tesco, costs of £45 and a £150 criminal courts charge.
