Ian Hutchinson, 38, of Gladstone Terrace, Grantham: admitted stealing Manuka Honey worth £300 from Holland and Barrett in Spalding on January 30, 36 packs of Fusion razor blades worth £627.22 from Boots in Grantham on February 11, Yankee candles worth £184 from Downtown at Gonerby Moor on February 22, Manuka Honey worth £900 from Holland and Barrett in Spalding on January 30, Champagne worth £24.99 from the Co-op in Dysart Road on March 20, 16 air fresheners worth £87.84 from the Co-op in Dysart Road on March 27, cosmetics worth £200 from Lloyds Pharmacy in High Street on March 30 and cosmetics worth £100 from Asda in Grantham on April 10. Also admits committing a further offence while the subject of a six-month conditional discharge made on March 19 and a breach of the discharge. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison and ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge.

William Patrick Searle, 56, of Winchester Road, Grantham: guilty of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven David Johnson, 34, of George Street, Grantham: admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Grantham on March 6. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Karl Anthony Oakes, 34, of Coverley Road, South Witham: accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Great Close, South Witham, on March 4. Remanded on bail until May 9 to appear at Grantham Magistrates’ Court.

Eduards Purvinskis, 43, of High Street, Grantham: accused of driving a Renault Espace on North Parade, Grantham, on March 11 after consuming so much alcohol that a breathalyser test reading was 78 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Adjourned to reappear at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on April 24 to allow a translator to be present. Remanded on unconditional bail.

Ieva Banuskevicilute, 33, of College Street, Grantham: admitted stealing groceries worth £10.46 from Asda in Grantham on January 16. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Ian Stewart Jubb, 35, of Clint Lane, Navenby: denies dishonestly making a false representation, in that property belonging to Bauer Media was stolen in a burglary, intending to make a £23,000 gain for himself, on September 3, 2015, in Stamford. Also denies causing wasteful employment of the police by knowingly making to Lincolnshire Police a false report tending to show that an offence had been committed, in Stamford on the same date. Remanded on unconditional bail until July 5 for trial.

Sonya Kidd, 41, of Beechcroft Road, Grantham: accused of having in her possession 13.97g of class B drug methylmethcathinone with intent to supply in Grantham on June 8, 2015, having criminal property, namely cash, on the same date and between May 24 and September 15, 2015, supplying a quantity of the drug. Remanded on unconditional bail until May 9 at Grantham Magistrates’ Court.

Alexandre Manuel Gomes Dos Santos, 49, of Mallard Court, Grantham: admitted assault by beating in Grantham on January 4 and damaging a front door belonging to another on the same date. Community order made with 120 hours’ unpaid work to be carried out within 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £130, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael John Danson, 54, of Turnor Crescent, Grantham: accused of assault by beating in Barkston on April 2, and of breaking a bail condition stating that he must not contact a named individual. Remanded on bail until June 20 with conditions not to contact a named individual nor attend an address in Barkston.

George Gadsby-Helme, 18, of Hamilton Road, Lincoln: accused of damaging a window belonging to Nottingham Community Housing Association at Spittlegate House, Grantham, on December 4, 2015, stealing fresh goods belonging to Tesco in Harrowby Lane, Grantham, on January 10 and damaging a window worth £200 at William Street, Grantham, on January 3. Remanded on bail until May 5 with conditions not to enter William Street or Spittlegate House.

Adrian Lagdon, 32, of Edward Street, Grantham: accused of having in his possession 50ml of class A drug methadone and 15 wraps of class B drug cannabis in Dysart Road, Grantham, on February 3, dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely two remote controlled cars, on the same date and failing to surrender to custody at Grantham Police Station. Remanded on bail until April 25 with conditions not to go to an address in Wroxall Drive, Grantham, and to live and sleep each night at an address in Edward Street, Grantham.

Emily Margaret Monaghan, 31, of Lilacwood Drive, Gonerby Hill Foot: admitted driving a Vauxhall vehicle in High Street, Grantham, while using a hand-held mobile phone. Adjourned to June 14 at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

Oliver Blatherwick, 25, of Sycamore Court, Grantham: admitted assault by beating in Lincoln on March 27. Remanded on bail to appear on June 15 with conditions not to enter an address in Lincoln and to live and sleep each night at an address in Sycamore Court.
