Aaron Seward, 36, of Oxford Street, Grantham: guilty of using a BMW vehicle on London Road, Grantham, with no insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs and driving licence endorsed with six points.

Michael Decklin Smyth, 51, of High Meadow, Grantham: guilty of using a Peugeot vehicle on Trent Road, Grantham, on December 17, 2015, when no test certificate had been issued. Fined £220, £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Ian Watt, 53, of Bridge End Road, Grantham: guilty of driving a Ford vehicle on Cliffe Road, Gonerby Hill Foot, otherwise than in accordance with a licence and with no insurance on December 18, 2015. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs and driving licence endorsed with six points.

Michal Lihs, 32, of Dexter Avenue, Grantham: guilty of driving a Honda vehicle on Sankt Augustin Way, Grantham, on December 15, 2015 with no insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £660, £65 victim surcharge, £85 costs and driving licence endorsed with six points.

Timothy Gawain Sawyer, 67, of River Witham Bank, Martin Dales, Woodhall Spa: guilty of driving a Vauxhall vehicle on the High Dyke at Londonthorpe on May 26, 2015, otherwise than in accordance with a licence and failing to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign, namely solid white line road markings on the road. Fined £285, £29 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months due to repeat offending.

Calum Steven Stinson, 21, of Harris Way, Grantham: admits stealing a case of Stella Artois lager worth £15 from Sainsbury’s in Sleaford on April 12. Fined £145, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew John Harrison, 41, of Sycamore Drive, Sleaford: admits having in his possession a large bread knife in Derwent Road, Grantham, on April 17. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for one year and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge. Also admits stealing Yankee candles from Belton Garden Centre, Grantham, on April 12. Fined £40, told to pay £52.40 in compensation and £25 towards costs.

Liam Thomas Porter, 20, of Tennyson Avenue, Grantham: admits stealing three bottles of beer worth £13.05 from Tesco in Grantham on April 29. Fined £60, £13.05 in compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £40 towards costs.

Paul Austwick, 50, of Witham Road, Long Bennington: guilty of driving a Ford vehicle on Gonerby Road, Grantham, at a speed exceeding 30mph on December 26, 2015. Fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs and driving licence endorsed with three points.

Deivida Cindariovas, 41, of Cambridge Street, Grantham: guilty of using a BMW vehicle on the A607 at Belton on December 23, 2015, with no insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £120, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Alison Dowsett, 56, of Cambridge Street, Grantham: guilty of driving a Nissan vehicle on Gonerby Road, Grantham, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs and driving licence endorsed with three points.

Tanya Hart, 36, of Winchester Road, Grantham: admits driving a Fiat vehicle on Gonerby Road, Grantham, on December 25, 2015, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £42, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and driving licence endorsed with three points.

Rebecca Jeanne Wilson, 33, of Kinoulton Court, Grantham: denies using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent at the Goose at the Bank pub in Grantham on March 23. Remanded on bail to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on August 4, with conditions not to contact the alleged victim nor enter St Helens Close, Grantham.

Daryell Fottles, 56, of no fixed address: admits damaging a window and patio door in Hill Avenue, Grantham, on June 4. Committed to prison for 28 days and told to pay compensation of £440.

Stephen Michael Bratton, 39, of Main Street, Wilsford: admits driving a Mercedes vehicle on Barrowby Gate, Grantham, on May 3 while over the drink-drive limit, in that the proportion of alcohol in his blood was 222 milligrammes in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £500, £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from holding a licence for 24 months.

Devoney Campbell, 21, of Bridge End Road, Grantham: admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Lincoln on June 19. Fined £80, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dario Spencer, 23, of Bridge End Road, Grantham: admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Lincoln on June 19. Fined £80, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stacey Macdonald, 38, of Burrows Close, Grantham: admits stealing six tubs of Aptamil baby milk worth £60 from Sainsbury’s in Grantham on June 29. One-year community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement, £85 victim surcharge and £45 towards costs.

Christopher Daniel Fryer, 28, of Bridge Street, Grantham: accused of having in his possession cannabis in High Street, Grantham, on February 6, 2015, possessing cannabis with intent to supply in Grantham on February 7, 2015, and being concerned in the supply of cocaine in Cowes Road, Grantham, on February 7. Sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on August 18.
