Grantham area defendants brought before magistrates sitting in Lincoln recently include:

Christopher Alan Roberts, 50, of Long Street, Great Gonerby: admits attending an address in Grantham on May 1 which he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed on February 24, and committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence for an offence of assault by beating. Roberts was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for two years and told to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jodie Louise Guy, 31, of Wilks Road, Grantham: admits stealing goods worth £45.16 from Argos on November 25 and failing to surrender to custody on April 20 having been released on bail. She was fined £93 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £45 towards costs.

Tadeusz Robert Ciukaj, 59, of Goodliff Road, Grantham: guilty of driving a Renault Trafic on Springfield Road, Grantham, with an illegal registration mark on the vehicle. Ciukaj was fined £220 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Samuel Cumming, 24, of Wharf Road, Grantham: admits driving an Audi on November 22 with no insurance and no MOT certificate. He was fined £225, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Ivor Wakerley, 54, of no fixed address: admits attending an address in Reedings Road, Barrowby, on April 10 which he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. He also admits having in his possession a black kitchen knife in Reedings Road on May 2. Wakerley was fined £100, ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and made the subject of a community order including a ‘building better relationships’ programme. A restraining order was also made, prohibiting him from communicating or attempting to communicate with the victim and entering Reedings Road, Barrowby.

Jordan Richard Doll, 23, of Manor Drive, Great Gonerby: admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Market Place, Grantham, on February 19. Doll was fined £116 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Attila Aros, 38, of High Street, Grantham: admits driving a Volvo vehicle on Manthorpe Road on April 15 with 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35mcg. Aros was fined £250, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Robert Masalskis, 21, of Alexandra Road, Grantham: found guilty of three counts of sexually touching a woman aged 16 or over without her consent in Grantham on March 11. Masalskis was made the subject of a community order including 80 hours’ unpaid work within 12 months, ordered to pay £100 in compensation for each offence, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs and placed on the sex offenders register for five years.

Oskars Zavackis, 34, of Dudley Road, Grantham: admits failing to notify South Kesteven District Council that a non-dependent was living in the household, thereby affecting entitlement to housing benefit, between January 25 and May 9. He also admited failing to notify SKDC he was working, thereby affecting entitlement to housing benefit, between February 2 and April 10. Zavackis was discharged conditionally for one year and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Darren Jeffrey Codd, 43, of Ormonde Close, Grantham: guilty of using a Vauxhall vehicle at Gonerby Moor with no insurance on December 2. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Ireneusz Eugeniusz Skitek, 28, of Rathkerr Court, Grantham: guilty of using a Ford vehicle in Norton Street with no insurance on December 3. He was fined £250, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Carley Anne Measures, 29, of Lauriston Road, Grantham: admits driving a Volkswagen vehicle in Springfield Road, Grantham, on December 16 while using a hand-held mobile phone. She was fined £40, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £30 costs and her driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Paul Saunders, 37, of Colne Court, Grantham: admits driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Dysart Road on April 23 with 54mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He also admitted driving without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Saunders was fined £190, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

George William Topham, 19, of Debdale Road, Barrowby: admits driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Belton Lane on April 22 with 45mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Topham was fined £133, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with 10 penalty points.

Jon Peter Rayner, 32, of Grizedale Close, Grantham: admits driving a Mercedes vehicle on the A52 at Bicker with 42mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £95, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Stuart Anthony Scrivens, 25, of Kinoulton Court, Grantham: admits two counts of assaulting a police constable on May 8 in Kinoulton Court. Scrivens was made the subject of a community order including a rehabilitation requirement and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Amanda Bull, 43, of New Lane, Aslockton: admits driving a Hyundai vehicle on Manthorpe Road without insurance on November 20. She was fined £120, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and her driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.
