A man appeared in custody at Grantham Magistrates’ Court charged with offences connected with the theft of cash.
Kane Brackenbury, 21, of New Street, Grantham, is charged with conspiring to commit fraud by making a false representation using a bank card to withdraw cash between March 9 and April 5 last year. He also faces two charges of stealing cash from an address in Castlegate, Grantham, on March 9 and March 10 last year. He faces a fourth charge of failing to surrender to the custody of Grantham Police Station on March 2, 2014.
Grantham magistrates adjourned the case to March 24 at Lincoln Crown Court. Brackenbury was given bail on condition that he did not contact one named person, did not go within 100 yards of a specified address in Castlegate, did not enter the Isaac Newton Shopping Centre or its car park and lived at his New Street address.
